This was the PICS partnership between LAL (IN2P3/CNRS and Paris-Sud University), IRFU (CEA), T. Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Institute of Applied Physics of Sumy, Kiev Institute for Nuclear Research, Kharkiv Institute for Scintillating Materials and Akhiezer Institute for Theoretical Physics of NSC KIPT which led to the creation of the LIA IDEATE. The PICS agreement was established in 2013 by CNRS and SFFR.
